A few weeks ago, the battery cap for my Streamlight TLR-1 sheared and I sent an e-mail to Streamlight. They were very quick to respond and I got the replacement battery cap today.

It was fairly easy installation and I got my light up and running fairly quickly. Glad to know that Streamlight provides such quick and efficient service.
